Hi, my name is Tagir and I am the founder of WoodPecStudio !
I'm very glad that you went to my store.
I want to tell you the background to the creation of my small production
Since childhood, I've always dreamed about doing something related to the wood. I have helped my parents build a wooden house, and I really enjoyed it. I was lighted up by that idea. I remember how my father gave me the opportunity to work with small pieces of wood and I did various things with a great pleasure, and it was awesome!
And since that time, I have had the opportunity to start doing my favorite thing. It all started in late 2016. One fine day, I decided to open my workshop for the production of wooden products.
I really like what I do. Each process in this business I control personally. And I am confident in my products.

When will my order ship?
Order made within 12 - 25 business days (business days are all days except Saturday and Sunday). But usually we do our best to get your order gone as soon as possible.
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 15 % of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
WoodPecMap cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by writing us mail email@example.com. After our warehouse processes your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
